We take great pride in our product and do our best to assure that all HOLM goods are in perfect condition before leaving our studio.

 

SHIPPING

Once receiving your order we’ll need 1-2 days to process it. We ship both locally and internationally using Australia Post. The shipping time frames stated below are pulled from the Australia Post website but please note that these time frames don’t account for unexpected delays within postal systems and are a guide only.

Australian and New Zealand customers can expect their order in 2-7 business days from the shipped date.

All other international customers can expect to receive their orders in 7-14 business days from the shipped date.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the goods are faulty or not delivered properly, in which case please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Returns will be at the buyers own expense.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

 

PRIVACY

Your personal details will always be kept private. They will only be used to communicate with you about your order and to complete your order. We do not have direct access to credit card or banking details and so do not keep this information on file.

USE OF IMAGERY

To avoid looking like a thief, if you’re going to share our artwork or images of our product on social media and other image sharing platforms we expect that you give us credit for it. If you need hi-res or raw versions of images just contact us.
